Operation and Maintenance

• Pre-operation check: Verify whether the conveying pipeline, boom and hydraulic system are normal, make sure the outriggers are fully extended and the ground bearing capacity meets the requirements.
• Attention during operation: control the movement speed of the boom, avoid sudden acceleration or deceleration, closely monitor the pressure and flow of the equipment to prevent abnormal operation.
• After operation: clean the residual concrete in the conveying pipe to avoid blocking the pipe, check whether all the movable parts are damaged and deal with them in time.
• Daily inspection: Check whether the hydraulic oil level is sufficient to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, check whether the conveying pipe and joints are worn or leaking.
• Regular maintenance: replace the hydraulic oil and filter element every 500 hours to prevent the hydraulic system from clogging, and overhaul the key nodes and welds of the boom every 1000 hours.
• Seasonal maintenance: Anti-freezing in winter: replace the low temperature hydraulic oil to prevent the hydraulic system from being damaged by freezing, anti-rust in rainy season: apply anti-rust oil to avoid corrosion of metal parts.
