Preparation
1. Check whether the power connection of the equipment is normal.

Second, start the equipment
1. Turn on the main power, start the control panel.

2. Feed the concrete evenly to avoid over-drying or over-thinning.

Daily maintenance
1. Clean the pump body and pipeline after daily use to prevent concrete residue from solidifying.
2. Check whether the hydraulic system is leaking oil, replenish or replace the hydraulic oil in time.
Second, regular maintenance
1. Check whether the filter element needs to be replaced every 100 hours of operation.
2. Lubricate the bearings and key parts every 500 hours of operation.
